IHRwork.space is a new neighbourhood coworking space in Speising, Hietzing (Vienna's 13th district), near the Lainzer Tiergarten, open since 21 September 2026 on the ground floor of Speisinger Straße 56. On 135 m² of newly renovated, step-free space it has 14 professional workplaces with height-adjustable desks and 23-inch monitors, two lockable offices for two people, a flexible 25 m² meeting room with a coaching corner, a mutelabs phone booth, a kitchen with a bar, a community area and a cosy seating area along the window front. Entry is by app. A day pass costs €24 net, with packs of 5 days for €107 and 10 days for €199; a flexible desk in the open space costs €299 a month, a fixed desk with its own electric height-adjustable desk €399 a month (€478.80 gross), and each two-person office with 160×80 cm desks and 27-inch monitors €829 a month. The meeting room seats up to 15 and is bookable from €10 net an hour; desk users can use it, the phone booth and the coaching corner free unless they are priority-booked. Virtual office services with a business address, mailbox and company sign cost €69 a month, and parking in the courtyard is €9 a day.
