Ibercenter Azca is the flagship and largest of Ibercenter's three Madrid business centres, at Plaza de Carlos Trías Bertrán 4 in the AZCA financial district, between Nuevos Ministerios and the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. Ibercenter has run business centres in Madrid since 1996, and more than a hundred companies work from this 3,800 m² centre on two floors, with 1,950 m² of common areas and 20 rooms. It rents furnished private offices for 1 to 100 people from €800 a month, on contracts by the day, month or year; currently listed offices include a 17 m² office for four at €1,350 a month and a 55 m² exterior office for 15 at €6,000 a month, both + IVA. Offices can also be booked by the hour, and flexible coworking desks are available on request. Meeting rooms for 4 to 100 people start at €19 an hour and training rooms at €140 a day, with audiovisual kit, water and coffee, and catering on request. The monthly fee covers furniture, fibre internet, climate control, daily cleaning, bilingual reception, mail handling, maintenance, kitchens and 24/7 access, and the building has a public car park, a hotel and a gym.
