Greenlander's Friends is an owner-run coworking space on more than 600 m² in the historic 'Grönländer' building on Petersstraße, in the middle of Leipzig's old town. It rents private offices only – no hot desks or day tickets – and every room is let as a whole unit to one tenant or team. The Office Space rooms are fully closed and screened, fit one to six people and cost from €259 net per desk a month; the Space Office rooms are compact, glass-fronted units for two to four from €229 net per desk, with lockers and quiet 'think tanks' to retreat to. On terms of six months or more the first month is cheaper. All rooms come fully furnished with walnut or oak desks, ergonomic mesh chairs and roll containers, and every desk has at least two LAN ports. The fixed price covers synchronous gigabit fibre with a redundant backup line, Wi-Fi, printing and scanning, coffee specialities and Sodastream water, the lounge and kitchen bar, daily cleaning of the shared areas, your own letterbox and the roughly 50 m² conference room with a large display. Tenants have 24/7 access by transponder, terms start at one month, and the space is reached by lift and has an accessible toilet. Viewings are by appointment, and a 360° tour lets you look around online first.
