GMV WorkSpace is a small business centre in Nou Barris that rents fully equipped offices by the hour, by the day or in packs, for freelancers, digital nomads, students, consultants and small businesses who want to avoid the cost of a permanent office. A desk in a shared office, where each office holds two separate desks, costs €10 an hour or €70 a day; a complete individual office with a main desk and two extra chairs for receiving clients costs €12.50 an hour or €90 a day; and a complete double office with two workstations costs €15.50 an hour or €115 a day. Packs of 5, 10 or 40 hours a month, or of 5 days, lower the rate. Wi-Fi, water, coffee, tea, fruit, air-conditioning, heating, cleaning, a photocopier and private compartments are included. The team also offers company domiciliation and a virtual office, a personalised secretarial service and, through GEMOVIR, advice on tax, nationality and immigration matters. New clients get 20% off their first booking and students 15%.
