## About

Gewächshaus is a coworking space with a shared warehouse in Köln-Bickendorf for start-ups, small brands and makers, where desks, offices and storage sit under one roof around a cosy forecourt. The community ranges from logistics, furniture and window cleaning to a feminist publisher, and the house regularly hosts all kinds of events. A flexible desk for one to three days a week costs €179 a month with 24/7 access, and a fixed desk of your own in the shared office €285 a month; both include Wi-Fi, printer, a phone booth and an organic lunch. Lockable private offices in various sizes are let completely empty, so teams, founders and agencies can fit them out themselves; price on request. For e-commerce and the creative industries there is ground-level storage space in different sizes and pallet spaces in high racks at €15 a month, cancellable monthly and combinable with a desk.
