Fun&Work is a business centre on the fifth floor of Calle de Isabel Colbrand 10 (offices 151 and 133) in Las Tablas, one of the busiest business areas in the north of Madrid. It rents private offices from 5 to 40 m², interior or exterior, furnished or unfurnished, by the month or by the hour, plus coworking space. Everything is billed on a single invoice: furniture, high-speed internet, access control, a personal mailbox with mail reception and distribution, a waiting area and reception, use of multifunction printers, climate control and a registered business address. There are meeting rooms and a boardroom for executive meetings and several configurable training rooms with projector, virtual whiteboard, flipchart and professional sound. A highlight is the fitness room with shower reserved for clients, alongside a spacious kitchen and dining area. Virtual office plans (Perfect, Complet and Premium) add a business address with up to five coworking hours and two boardroom hours a month. Prices are on request. Clients have 24/7 access; customer service is Monday to Thursday 8:30–17:00 and Friday 8:30–15:00.
