Four spaces share the building: a quiet desk or a private office for one to three people at 10 € HT an hour or 50 € HT a day, the Terracotta meeting room for up to ten people, the Maison Aligre seminar room on the 7th floor with a rooftop view for 20 to 30 people, and a video studio and a podcast studio on the same site. Fibre Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee and tea, video conferencing, quiet areas, a black-and-white printer and luggage storage are included, meals are allowed on site and pets are welcome. Access seven days a week is available on request 48 hours ahead. The house suits solo workers, small teams, trainers and creatives.
