## About

Eureka Coworking Lisboa operates from the Palácio Rosa, a restored 19th-century palacete on Rua Seara Nova 5 in the Amoreiras district — one of Lisbon's most distinctive settings for a co-working space. The building pairs historic architecture with thoroughly modern fit-out: furnished private offices in a range of sizes for small teams, startups, and enterprise satellites; a fully equipped meeting room with TV and HDMI; and an event space accommodating up to 50 people theatre-style or 35 at round tables, with projector, sound system, and technical staff included. Day-use desks run from 9:00 to 18:00 with no contract required, covering high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee, water, phone booths, a shared kitchen, and access to the private garden. A virtual office service adds a Lisbon business address, mail handling, and phone answering. Free on-site parking is available subject to availability, with a public car park directly opposite. The reception desk is staffed throughout business hours.
