It rents private offices for 1 to 8 people: a bright exterior office for one or two, a two-to-three-person office with its own terrace, an office for three or four with a large window, and a 30 m² office for four to six with a small private bathroom and access to a 20 m² patio. Offices can be rented with or without furniture or set up as a customised office for a team, and the fee covers high-speed internet, electricity, water and cleaning, 24/7 access, visitor reception, mail and parcel handling and unlimited use of the meeting room on booking; personalised call answering is available. A virtual office with a registered business, tax and commercial address is also offered, and the team can produce business cards, flyers, catalogues and websites for tenants. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00; prices are on request.
