The floors here are built for concentrated work rather than drop-in traffic: generous office space, high-grade materials, modern acoustic treatment and climate zones you can set room by room. The desks are wide, the layouts flexible, and a large terrace runs along the water. Units range from 16 to 60 m². A Business Suite — Work Edition's name for a private office — starts at €400 per desk per month, a Personal Desk costs €499 and a Flex Desk €295. Altona is a membership location only: no day passes, no bundles and no meeting rooms are sold here. For those, use the City location on Stadthausbrücke or HafenCity. Members get 24/7 app access, mail service, daily cleaning, free hot drinks, community events, bike parking and a public underground garage in the building. Dogs are welcome.
