## About

Embassy House at Östgötagatan 12 is the Stockholm house of a two-city coworking brand, 4 minutes from Medborgarplatsen. The operator offers coworking desks and full-service offices with day-to-day office management, and lets tenants have a say in how their own office looks. Interiors are casual and relaxed, built from upcycled and recycled pieces rather than a polished finish, and the operator says it offers some of the best rents and packages in town. Nine meeting rooms seat 4 to 16 people and are equipped with a screen, whiteboard, fast Wi-Fi and coffee, at hourly rates of SEK 250 to 500 excluding VAT, and rooms are booked in the Embassy mobile app. Teams can also set up bookable desks for flex work with a guaranteed seat on the days they choose. The house suits small companies, growing teams and freelancers who want an affordable desk or office near Medborgarplatsen.
