DeepSpace Coworking is an informal office share in the attic of Schleifmühlgasse 1, at the corner of Wiedner Hauptstraße by the Paulanerkirche in Vienna's 4th district. The start-up team that set up the office has moved on, and the space is now sublet as 'non-commercial coworking' to people who would rather not work alone at home. In the open attic room there are six large desks at €250 and four medium desks at €215 per desk and month, which can be pushed together into islands, and two air-conditioned private offices for two to three people cost €550 a month each; all prices are net, plus VAT. The rent covers chair, desk, lighting, coffee, electricity and printer use (fair use), a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, freezer and dishwasher, a sunny terrace that also works for meetings, and an air-conditioned extra room for video calls, meetings and sitting together. The rooms are accessible 24/7. You are asked to come and see a workplace in person before renting – the team is happy to show you around over a coffee on the terrace. Trams 1 and 62, the Badner Bahn and bus 59A stop outside, and Karlsplatz is five minutes away.
