De Bary is a business complex of six renovated canal houses at Herengracht 448-458 in Amsterdam's Golden Bend, built in the Golden Age and later united by H. Albert De Bary, with architecture from Dutch classicism to French Louis XIV style. In the 20th century it was the headquarters of a large international bank, and since a 2007 renovation some 45 companies have their offices here. De Bary combines private offices, flexible workspaces and a business club with six meeting rooms, a brasserie and bar, a staffed front desk and the largest garden on the canals, about 2,000 sqm. Private offices currently available range from 56 to 198 sqm across numbers 448 to 458, with prices on request. The De Bary Business Club membership costs €245 a month excl. VAT and gives you weekday access from 8:30 to 17:30 to the lobby, lounge, flex desks, brasserie and garden workplaces, WiFi and printers on fair use, 20% off the meeting rooms, bar and brasserie, and a business address with mailbox. The meeting rooms seat 2 to 22 people and are bookable by the hour or half or full day on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00, with events for up to 150 guests in the evenings and at weekends.
