## About

DCOLLAB is a coworking on the second floor of Calle de Hortaleza 108, in the Justicia neighbourhood between Salesas and Chueca, and one of the first coworking spaces to open in central Madrid. It still keeps its original spirit: a local, close-knit and human space in a carefully kept period building. The core product is plug-and-play private offices for teams of 2 to 13 people, fully equipped so you only bring your laptop, with one month's notice to cancel. Each office includes 20 hours a month in the two meeting rooms for 6 and 4 people, booked through the members' app and equipped with a 42-inch screen, Ethernet and climate control, and there are two private phone booths with no booking limits. Members get reception for visitors and parcels, a registered business and commercial address on Calle de Hortaleza, a workstation with scanner, printer, binding machine and cutting table, unlimited Incapto specialty coffee, access at weekends with your own door code, a coworking manager on site and a members' app with community benefits. Prices are not published; you book a visit or ask by WhatsApp. The same team also runs a finca for retreats and offsites in Las Navas del Marqués (Ávila).
