CreativeGrounds Emmalaan occupies two villas at Emmalaan 7 and 9 in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid, a minute's walk from the Vondelpark. It is the CreativeGrounds house that combines coworking with boutique private offices: three coworking rooms sit alongside 20 private office suites for 2 to 22 people, four meeting rooms, five phone booths, two kitchens, six pantries, two gardens and a small cinema, all with a high-end interior design. Coworkers can join events, classes and drinks, and office tenants are invited to everything from casual gatherings to masterclasses. Offices are fully furnished and rented on flexible short-term contracts with all-in pricing that covers utilities, internet, cleaning, coffee and tea; members get 24/7 access, super-fast WiFi, business registration, postal services and a bathroom with shower. CreativeGrounds publishes one membership list for its Oud-Zuid houses (flex desk from €300 and fixed desk from €500 a month, private office from €700 per desk, excl. VAT). The four meeting rooms here (Oak, Mission, Journey and Ambition) are also bookable by non-members per half or full day, and there is paid parking in front of the building.
