Coworking Studio4 Eustachi is the second site of Studio4, a design-led coworking run by LIS srl, at Via Bartolomeo Eustachi 31 in Milan, less than a kilometre from the first Studio4 site in Via Gaio. Opened in summer 2018, it is built around six furnished private rooms rented as offices for one or more people, with services included in the rate, unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. A shared lounge with sofas and armchairs serves for coffee and snack breaks, and a kitchen can be used by coworkers and by caterers serving events. The meeting room offers 20 m² and ten seats around a central table, with an optional welcome kit of brioche, hot drinks and water. The 60 m² Event Room seats 20 to 30 people and has a wall projector, natural and artificial light, private bathrooms and a lounge area. A CCTV system linked to a 24-hour monitoring centre covers the space, and two private 14 m² garage boxes can be rented by tenants. Prices are quoted on request.
