Every workspace is fixed and assigned: you get your own desk with storage, or a private office with cupboards, and the community is small and friendly. Fixed desks cost €150 a month (junior, with a small cupboard) or €180 (senior, with a drawer unit and a large cupboard), and private offices start at €250 for one person, €350 for two and €450 for three, all + IVA. Desks and offices include fibre and Wi-Fi, a printer with scanner, unlimited use of the meeting room, your logo at the entrance, a registered business address, mail and parcel reception and insurance. There is a kitchen, a training and event room for 15 to 25 people (€35 an hour), a meeting room for four (€20 an hour), a photo and video set and a professional sound studio, plus alarm and CCTV. A virtual office costs €40 a month + IVA on annual payment. The team also offers secretarial, admin, phone answering and video production services. It is open Monday to Thursday 8:00–20:00 and Friday 8:00–15:00.
