## About

Coworking Seestern Aspern is a small, volunteer-run coworking space of about 175 m² in the Seestern Aspern housing project in Aspern Seestadt, Vienna's 22nd district. It gives freelancers, founders and remote workers a fully equipped office around the clock, with access by smart lock. Because it is run on a voluntary, non-profit basis, prices are kept low and include VAT: a shared desk (CoWo Profi) costs €160 a month and a fixed desk for your sole use (CoWo Ultimate) €270 a month. Both include a business address you can register in the company register, a phone booth and the meeting room, coffee and tea, your own locker, internet of up to 500 Mbit and printing, plus the kitchen, a shower and a large sunny terrace. Therapists, coaches and consultants can book the CoWo Talk package for €85 a month with up to 16 hours a month in the meeting room for six people, and a virtual office with a business address and a mailbox with 24/7 access costs €60 a month. Members get a special rate on the 90 m² multipurpose room for up to 40 people. The U2 terminus Seestadt is about seven minutes away on foot.
