The rooms have herringbone parquet and 3.5-metre ceilings, new air conditioning and fast internet, and members share a 24 m² meeting and conference room with projector, flip chart and pinboard, a coffee kitchen and a team room with a fully equipped kitchen. A single workstation costs €425 a month and a room with four workstations (24 m²) €1,700 a month, both plus 20 % VAT. The all-inclusive rent covers your own key for 24/7 access, an electrically height-adjustable desk with swivel chair, the conference room and coffee and tea (fair use), printer, copier and scanner, electricity, heating, air conditioning, cleaning, maintenance, insurance, a letterbox and use as your registered business address. There is no registration fee and no minimum term, with three months' notice. Members so far work in software and web development, graphic, UX/UI and motion design, photography, copywriting and online marketing.
