## About

Coworking COAM is the coworking of Madrid's Official College of Architects (COAM), in two adjoining rooms, A1 and A2, on the second floor of its headquarters at Calle de Hortaleza 63 in the centre of Madrid, between Chueca and Malasaña. It is meant for registered architects and pre-registered architecture students and, exceptionally, for other professionals in architecture and urban planning. One room is kept quiet for focused individual work; the adjoining room is an open area for breaks and meeting colleagues, with two videoconference booths and a kitchen. There are 24 desks, each with an ergonomic chair and a 27-inch screen, bookable by the half day, day, week or month, with 10% off for six months and 15% off for twelve. Non-members pay €12 for a half day, €20 for a day, €80 for a 5-day pass and €275 a month; COAM members pay €10, €16, €64 and €220, all plus IVA. The first full-day booking is free. Members can also rent offices, meeting rooms and classrooms in the building on preferential terms. Bookings are made online through Zityhub, and the coworking is open on working days, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 20:00.
