CO-WORQS is a small coworking space and office provider on Königstraße in central Stuttgart that grew out of the founders' own office: they rent the remaining rooms to people who fit in and keep the place deliberately small – quality over quantity, with more quiet and focus. Lockable offices of 7.5 m² for one person cost €490 a month and 11 m² offices for two from €950 (net), each with one or two electric height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, pedestals, quality monitors and a wardrobe. Coworking desks have no fixed place and are booked by time: from €190 a month for two hours a day, €290 for one day a week or €390 for two days a week. A conference room for up to seven people costs €50 an hour, and Königstraße 40 is available as a business address from €60 a month. Printing, internet, coffee, tea and water are included, mail handling and a phone service can be added, and the doors open via an app. Contracts run for at least three months.
