Since a renovation in June 2023 the building offers flexible, fully furnished offices from 20 to 140 m² for ambitious companies. Offices are priced per workstation per month: office 3.11 for four people at €350 per desk and office 3.14 for twelve at €375 per desk, and a virtual office address costs €79 a month. The all-in price includes furniture, cooling and heating, fast internet, fresh coffee and tea, cleaning, utilities, post service and free-to-book meeting rooms (two hours a day under fair use). You book meeting rooms and open your office with the Co-Office app and its digital locks, and the building has a large lounge and atrium, phone rooms, two kitchens, showers, lifts and wheelchair access. You park directly under the building and take the lift up; by public transport, a bus runs from Henk Sneevlietweg metro station. Tenants have 24/7 access, and contracts run from 12 months.
