## About

Cloudworks Universitat is a flexible-office house by Cloudworks at Plaça Universitat, in the heart of Barcelona, designed to become the corporate headquarters of companies that want a space that represents their brand and supports their teams every day. The environment is private, modern and fully customisable. Cloudworks lists the house under its custom-office plan: a fully personalised office on a private floor with private access for teams of 20 to 150 people, on a customised, flexible contract with comprehensive services included, priced by individual quote after a free tour. Beyond the offices, the centre has meeting rooms booked through the Cloudworks app, communal areas with a kitchen, a terrace, event spaces, phone booths and breakout areas designed for the team's day-to-day. Teams get 24/7 access, a 600 Mb symmetrical connection that can be adapted to their needs, freshly ground coffee, tea and filtered water, and electricity, water, cleaning, internet, air conditioning and heating are all included, so you can focus on your business while Cloudworks takes care of the rest. The space gets plenty of natural light, and members also receive exclusive discounts on more than 50 local services and at a wide network of international sports centres.
