Clotilda Hub is a small neighbourhood office in the centre of El Clot, set up as a co-space for startups and small businesses that want to keep everyone close without looking like anyone else. Behind a street-level shopfront, the space combines an open work area with long white desks and mesh office chairs, a glass-walled meeting room with a high table and yellow stools, and a relaxation zone with colourful lounge chairs. There are two plans. A fixed personal desk, 1.4 metres wide, costs €170 a month. The corporate office is a private office that is not shared, for companies of three to eight people, and costs €800 a month for up to eight users. Internet and cleaning are included in both.
