CCS is a coworking space in Berlin-Tiergarten built around the needs of photographers and videographers and open to anyone who works creatively. Its 240 m² hold an open-plan office and a 58 m² studio with high ceilings, daylight and full blackout for fashion, product or portrait shoots, plus a tea kitchen, a built-in make-up and styling area, a fixed background system, Wi-Fi and high-voltage power. Desk and office tenants get 24/7 access, storage space and, depending on the plan, a monthly allowance of studio time booked through an online calendar. Two Calumet flash heads with light shapers come with every studio booking, and more lights, stands and gimbals can be rented. A fixed desk with a rolling container costs from €160 a month, desk-and-studio plans €220–290, and an office room with studio days, business address and exterior signage €850 (currently booked out). A virtual office costs €140 a month, and external photographers can hire the studio from €200 a half day. All prices are plus 19% VAT.
