Camaleó is a 600 m² photo and video studio in Barcelona's old town that also runs a small coworking space for freelancers, many of them from the audiovisual sector. Coworkers get wide desks, two 1 Gb fibre connections, lockable lockers, a kitchen and rest area with a fridge, microwave and water fountain, a printer, air conditioning, an alarm and security cameras, theft insurance, a tax and business address with mail reception, and access to a 100 m² terrace when it is free. The studio itself has five sets, among them a large cyclorama, a daylight set, a set with a terrace and a video-podcast studio, and coworkers get 30% off set 1, 50% off sets 2, 3 and 4 and 50% off equipment hire. A fixed desk with 24-hour access costs €200 a month including those discounts, or €180 without them, both with a three-month minimum; a day in the flexible space costs €30 (9:00 to 19:00) and half a day of up to four hours €20. A separate team room for up to ten people costs €1,300 a month on a commitment of three months or more, €1,500 a month for two months or €1,800 for a single month. Two meeting rooms of 28 m² and 32 m² for up to 12 and 16 people, both with a projector, are rented from two hours, with discounts for coworkers. All prices are quoted without VAT.
