It has been run since 2002 by Córcega Business Center, which has offered business-centre services in Barcelona since 1999. Past the reception, a hall with a stained-glass skylight and marble floors and a lounge panelled in carved wood, with a fireplace, lead to 15 furnished offices for one to four people, both exterior and interior, two meeting rooms for four to fourteen people and an office kitchen. Offices are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with a self-managed alarm, and the rent covers internet by cable or Wi-Fi, a personal phone number with call transfer, bilingual secretaries who answer your calls and receive your visitors, daily cleaning, electricity, water, climate control and use of the waiting room and common areas. The current web offers price an office for one to two people at €650 + VAT a month (list price €800) and an office for one to four at €950 + VAT (list price €1,100). Rentals run by the hour, day, week or month; extra offices, the meeting rooms, a training room for up to 14 people, videoconferencing, copying and parking in the building are charged separately.
