BoLo Workspaces is a homely workplace for businesses and freelancers at Bos en Lommerplantsoen 1-3 in Amsterdam-West, right by the A10 ring road. Over two spacious, light floors it has 30 offices, 48 flex desks, 4 meeting rooms and 8 phone booths, plus the Lounge, a large shared living room for lunch, meetings and coffee, and little work huts on the flex floor. Private offices of 18 to 70 sqm for teams of 2 to 20 start at €855 a month all-in, including the Lounge, meeting rooms and fast fibre internet, and can be furnished to your taste. A fixed desk in the shared space costs €285 a month, and flex desks cost €29 for a day pass or €99 to €249 a month for one to four days a week, all excl. VAT. Contracts are short, from six months for offices, and flex subscriptions can be cancelled monthly. Four meeting rooms for 2 to 50 people, from the BoLo for four to the Box for up to 50, are bookable from €60 an hour, with catering on request. There are workshops and events, a neighbourhood hotel, dogs are welcome, and paid parking with EV charging is available at ParkingYou behind the building.

The BoLo (2–4 people) and Boost (10–12) cost €60 an hour, €190 for four hours or €380 for eight; the Buzz (up to 45) and Box (up to 50) cost €100 an hour, €300 for four hours or €600 for eight. Catering can be added.

### Is there parking?

Yes. Paid parking with EV charging points is available at ParkingYou behind the building and can be reserved in advance, and you can also park on the Erasmusgracht at municipal rates.
