Boca11 is a small, owner-run coworking in Barcelona's Eixample, set up by three friends born and raised in the city – Sergi, Javier and Carles – who wanted a place where you feel at home. The street-level space is calm, clean and natural, with an organic, modern look: light wooden desks with ergonomic chairs, exposed brick vaults, a lounge corner with sofas, a big shared table and an outdoor patio for breaks or a quiet call. Fixed desks come with your own ergonomic chair, a private drawer, and water, coffee and tea, with 24-hour access on weekdays through an automatic entry system; with a flexible desk you sit wherever there is room, from a high desk to the sofa or the patio. There is a lockable private office for one or more people – with its own coffee maker – several spaces for meetings and calls, and a virtual office for registering your company in Barcelona and receiving mail, with the option to work from the space some days. Printing, cleaning and recycling, air conditioning, heating and a courier service are included, and members are welcome to organise their own events, from themed afterworks to talks. Boca11 does not publish its prices; the team gives them when you visit, call or write.
