## About

Berna 31 Business & Health Center is an independent office centre on the second floor of Av. de Berna 31 that rents furnished rooms by the month to psychologists, therapists, coaches, wellness professionals and small businesses. Its founders opened it in 2011 as their own workplace, grew to 16 rooms in 2013 and in 2024 added the ground floor with seven more rooms and a small garden. Rooms range from compact consulting rooms to larger offices; some look onto Av. de Berna, others onto the quieter Av. Poeta Mistral, and the décor runs from classic, with old wooden floors, to contemporary. The monthly rent includes Wi-Fi, unlimited use of the shared meeting room booked through an online calendar, 24/7 access, the reception and waiting area, three kitchenettes with microwave, fridge and coffee and tea machines, electricity, water and cleaning, plus a listing on the website and the building plaque. Sala 12, a bright room with a balcony over Av. de Berna, is listed at €360 a month plus VAT. A virtual office with registered address and mail handling costs €36.50 a month plus VAT. Google reviewers mention the well-kept, spotless offices.
