## About

BAZE Business Center Columbushaus fills almost 1,300 m² of the Columbushaus at Am Sandtorkai 39, the well-known building that marks the gateway to the HafenCity, and has offered newly fitted, fully furnished and cooled offices and seminar rooms here since 2023. The offices measure 12 to 34 m², and most of them look straight at the Elbphilharmonie. BAZE calls its concept 'premium economy': the essentials of a good office are done to a high standard and everything else is left out, so ergonomic chairs, high-speed internet, cleaning, utilities, filtered water and a monthly allowance of free meeting-room time are all included. Single offices start at €690 a month and team offices for 2 to 20 people at €1,290, on contracts from one month with 24/7 access, mail service and client reception. For shorter stays there are coworking places at €22 an hour and day offices with an Elbphilharmonie view at €37 an hour. Meeting rooms for 2–3 people start at €39 an hour, workshop rooms for 4–6 at €89 an hour and seminar rooms for up to 18 at €390 a day, with an 86-inch smartboard, snacks and catering on request. Two furnished terraces on the Fleet are open for breaks, lunch and company events, and a business address costs from €89 a month.
