## About

Basislager Coworking Floßplatz is one of the three buildings of Basislager Coworking, a coworking and event campus in Leipzig's Zentrum-Süd whose three locations are about three minutes' walk apart; the main address is Peterssteinweg 14, roughly 200 m away. One membership covers all three buildings, so the campus price list applies here too, and Basislager's own team runs the space for self-employed people, growing companies, remote workers and creatives. Flex Light gives you five days a month plus weekends for €137.50 a month, Flex a changing desk with 30 hours of meeting rooms a month for €275, and Fix an exclusive, height-adjustable desk with a business address and mailbox for €385; a mailbox or virtual office alone costs €100, and day tickets cost €10 to €25, all net plus 19 % VAT. Memberships include 24/7 access, free phone booths, a printer, fibre internet over LAN and Wi-Fi and community events and discounts, and they can be cancelled monthly. Team offices for 2 to 25 people are available on request – partly furnished, with internet, electricity and cleaning included. Across the campus Basislager counts around 2,500 m², 150 desks, 22 offices, ten meeting rooms, three event rooms and a podcast and photo studio, and it hosted some 350 meetups and events in 2025.
