The building rents private offices rather than desks: 50 m² units for 4–10 people, a 350 m² space with herringbone floors, large windows and three built-in meeting rooms for about 25–40 people, and in total 3,927 m² over four floors that can be taken per floor or in smaller units, each floor with meeting rooms, phone booths, its own bar and pantry and plenty of daylight. Offices are delivered turnkey but unfurnished; prices are given on request, with campus rents starting at €210 per m² per year and leases from 12 months (24 months for larger spaces).
