The entrance building, HAUS 1, is a bright yellow cube with a zigzag outdoor staircase; it holds open, light-filled office floors, coworking, a café with reception and concierge service, 1 Gbit fibre internet, bike storage and extra meeting and event rooms for tenants. A roof terrace and pavilion host meetings, receptions and conferences with a view over the Tempelhofer Feld. Sustainability is built in: reused materials, rainwater-flushed toilets, a green roof, green electricity, eco-friendly cleaning, a shared compost system and a lunch kitchen with a zero-waste goal.
