A fixed desk costs from €150 a month, a King Size fixed desk of at least 2.35 m from €270 and a team island of up to four desks for one company from €480 a month, all + IVA, and each includes 8 hours of meeting room a month, mail reception, high-speed Wi-Fi, cleaning, air conditioning and ventilation, the kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and kettle, and 24-hour alarm and video surveillance. A day pass at a flexible desk costs €25 and the meeting room €25 an hour + IVA. Printing and copying are available at members' rates, with IT support, lockers, a projector and a registered business address on request. The space is open 24/7, with staff on hand from 9:00 to 19:00.
