A FixDesk – your own 160 × 80 cm desk with monitor and chair, your own mailbox and company address, 24/7 access – costs €385 a month net; a FlexDesk costs €270 a month net with 24/7 access, €160 for two days a week or €86 for one day a week, plus a one-off €500 deposit. All plans include 10 Gbit internet, printer, coffee machine and tea kitchen, the shared kitchen and a large sun terrace, cooled rooms in summer and table tennis and foosball, and a cook prepares a fresh organic lunch three times a week. Seven bookable meeting and workshop rooms, an event hall and guest rooms are in the same house; joining the cooperative is optional and brings up to 60 % off rooms.
