The architects' hand shows in the fit-out, with warm-toned partitions between the desks, and the common areas include a kitchen with Nespresso machine, fridge and microwave, a living and dining room, a meeting room with projector, a billiards room, a coat cupboard and a full bathroom. A fixed desk with 24/7/365 access costs €300 a month plus VAT, and electricity, water, heating and air conditioning, high-speed internet, the alarm, cleaning and maintenance, property tax and building charges are all included. An A4/A3 printer and shared storage are available as extras, and weekly or daily arrangements can be considered in special cases.
