Apartment 86 is a boutique coworking space and studio for the Swedish film industry at Rutger Fuchsgatan 11 on Södermalm, near Skanstull metro. Actor Fredrik Wagner founded it in 2012 as a hub where directors, producers, actors, screenwriters, editors, musical artists and songwriters work, meet and record self-tapes. The Hangaround membership costs SEK 1,600 a month for a lounge place with a 24/7 key, 200 MB wifi and one hour of studio access, and Regular costs SEK 2,900 for a private workspace with storage, a mailbox and three hours of studio access. Two studios can be rented: Studio 1 is a recording studio for voiceover, audiobooks and music at SEK 500 an hour with a two-hour minimum, while Studio 2 hosts casting, workshops and screen tests at SEK 2,500 a day, or self-tapes, meetings and rehearsals at SEK 500 an hour.
