Dirty kitchen, no one feels obliged to clean anything up, meeting rooms are not closed even though they cannot be used, no information about tradesmen/noise/disruptions. My 2 highlights of poor service: Door lock (via app) wasn't serviced, battery dead, we couldn't go to our office for 24 hours, no good communication with us. 2nd: The office has already been terminated, I come in again on the last working day and the office is shown to strangers without consulting me. My rental contract still ran for 3 days... Rarely have I been so speechless by such poor service/communication with the customer
